We understand that a strategy is about developing goals and executing plans to achieve an intended outcome that is fit for purpose. In a time when everyone is calling for change, we do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach when it comes to strategy. COBATALK was used as a vehicle by the city and state Correction Unions to get significant legislations signed into law. COTALK is an advocacy App that provides a targeted way for your members to reach legislators and political professionals. It allows access to the most elected officials on topics that matter the most.
